Performance computing with a local partner
Advanced Distribution Group is partnering with GIGABYTE to develop a South African computing programme for gamers, creators, students and business users.
The initial product plan brings together gaming and professional notebooks with high-resolution monitors. The focus is on matching performance, design and configuration to the people using the products, supported by ADG's understanding of local customers and routes to market.
Hardware experience behind the range
Based in Taiwan, GIGABYTE develops computer hardware across motherboards, graphics cards, notebooks and monitors, with AORUS forming part of its gaming offering.
That experience provides the foundation for a varied computing proposition. A gaming notebook, a creative workstation and a display for everyday productivity have different requirements. Our work is to connect the relevant products with the applications, budgets and buying preferences of the customers our partners serve.

ADG will coordinate the local commercial and distribution programme, working with retail and online channels and supporting the development of the relevant after-sales arrangements. Preparing for launch
The first range is planned for the fourth quarter of 2025. Product selection, configurations and channel availability will be confirmed as launch preparations progress.
