FOR BRANDS & MANUFACTURERS
Your Technology. A Partner Close to the Market.
South Africa is more than a delivery destination. Bringing a product to market requires local knowledge, relevant customer relationships and the ability to execute beyond the first order. ADG brings those capabilities together for selected international technology brands, manufacturers and product partners.
Connected at source. Focused on your market.

International engagement
Product evaluation and manufacturing relationships connect with local customer requirements.
For established technology brands
Extend the value of your local programme
ADG combines South African market knowledge with retail and e-commerce relationships, distribution coordination, product training and store-level execution.
We work within the requirements of the brand and the agreed programme, focusing on relevant opportunities, clear responsibilities and the customer experience.
Our contribution can extend from range selection and channel planning to retail visibility, market intelligence and after-sales coordination.
For brands entering South Africa
Build the local foundations
A market-entry plan needs to connect the product with the right price position, channel, compliance requirements, supply approach and support model.
ADG helps bring those decisions together. We assess the local opportunity with you, prepare the relevant product and commercial requirements, and coordinate the operational work needed to serve customers.
The aim is a considered market presence, not simply a first shipment.
For factories and product partners
Connect manufacturing capability with customer needs
We work with manufacturing partners to develop products for specific market and customer requirements.
Our South African team brings local product and commercial understanding. Our Asia Sourcing & Product-Development Office supports technical and supplier discussions, production coordination and the practical work of managing international supply.
For development programmes, the scope may include specifications, design requirements, software configuration, localisation, packaging, documentation, sample approval and quality checks.
The work behind the relationship
Product and market fit
Define a relevant product proposition and the customers it is intended to serve.
Product readiness
Coordinate samples, testing, documentation and applicable market requirements.
Route to market
Connect the programme with appropriate retail and online opportunities, supply planning and distribution.
Retail execution
Support presentation, product understanding and visibility of stock and competitor activity within agreed programmes.
Local support
Establish the applicable after-sales arrangements and spare-parts requirements as part of programme planning.
Selective partnerships. Meaningful attention.
We do not add brands simply to expand a logo collection. We look for a clear opportunity, a relevant contribution from ADG and the basis for a long-term working relationship.
That focus keeps us close to the product, the partner and the work needed to build the business.

Questions about working with ADG
Do you work with both established and emerging brands?
Yes. The role we play depends on the brand, product, market opportunity and agreed scope. An established brand's channel programme and a new product-development project require different approaches.
Does ADG manufacture products in its own factories?
Production is carried out by manufacturing partners. ADG manages the agreed development, sourcing, production-coordination and quality requirements for the programme.
Is South Africa your primary market?
Yes. Some of our retail customers have regional store networks, but the geographic scope of each programme is agreed separately.
What should we share when we contact you?
An introduction to your business, your product categories, your current market presence and what you would like to achieve in South Africa are useful starting points.
