Start with the customer need
We work with retail and e-commerce customers to shape relevant technology propositions, considering the intended user, product specification, positioning and route to market.
Our portfolio spans computing, displays, consumer networking and PC peripherals. We expand selectively where there is a meaningful opportunity for the customer and the product.
Develop a house-brand programme
For retailer-owned brands, ADG can connect product definition with sourcing, manufacturing coordination, software configuration, packaging execution and market readiness.
Responsibilities are agreed around the programme and the brand owner's requirements. We then connect product decisions with supply, distribution, retail execution and local support.
Keep supply connected to demand
We bring customer forecasts, sales and stock information together with incoming shipment plans to inform inventory and replenishment decisions.
International coordination, customs clearance, local warehousing and delivery connect the manufacturing source with your receiving and fulfilment requirements.
Support the product at store level
Visible and ready to demonstrate
Check that agreed products are displayed, priced correctly and supported by operational demonstrations running approved content where applicable.
Store teams who understand the product
Product training covers features, positioning and selling points so staff can explain the range more confidently.
Better visibility behind the shelf
Stockroom checks, where permitted, help identify available inventory, gaps and faulty or returned units requiring follow-up.
Issues followed through
Execution problems are recorded and escalated, with collection and service coordination handled through approved processes.
Store coverage, visit frequency and the scope of activity are agreed for each programme, so the work stays aligned with the products, locations and priorities relevant to your business.
Information that informs action
Store-level observations provide visibility of competitor pricing, promotions, products, stock conditions and presentation.
Combined with sales and inventory information, those observations help ADG identify issues and discuss practical next steps with customers.
Retail and e-commerce, considered together
ADG supports product onboarding, commercial coordination and stock availability across its retail and online relationships.
We consider how the product is presented, supplied and supported in the relevant channel, rather than treating every customer as the same route to market.
Local support beyond the sale
Locally held spare parts and established warranty arrangements support the products we bring to market.
Our ONN, Orion and CHUWI laptop programmes include collect, repair and return warranty support through DualZone. Other service arrangements depend on the product and programme.
Focused relationships, not transactional volume
We choose our customers and product programmes carefully. That allows us to stay close to your business, understand the range and invest attention in the relationship as it develops.
We are interested in the next opportunity with you, not only the next order.
What could we build together?
A more relevant range, a new house-brand category or stronger support for an existing programme starts with understanding your business.
