CHUWI with ADG
ADG is CHUWI's exclusive South African distributor. We connect product selection, onboarding and commercial coordination with importing, inventory and customer distribution through retail and e-commerce channels.
The local range is selected for relevant customer opportunities; the manufacturer's international portfolio does not establish which models are supplied locally. Education is a developing opportunity, assessed alongside software needs, budgets and support requirements.
Our partnership began in 2025, building on an earlier working relationship with CHUWI. That background supports ongoing product and market development.
Warranty and support
Eligible CHUWI laptops supplied through ADG's South African programme include a 1-year collect, repair and return warranty, serviced by DualZone. Check the warranty documentation for your model to confirm the applicable terms, coverage and eligibility.
